Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure quality and consistency in every beverage served
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Keep track of inventory and restock items as needed
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Familiarity with various brewing methods
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Utena, Lithuania. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Lithuania. Accommodation will not be provided.
