Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will also be in charge of maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, as well as ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that appeal to our diverse customer base
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends to continually improve the menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members at all levels
