Instrument Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instrumentation used in industrial settings. This includes but is not limited to sensors, transmitters, controllers, and other electronic and mechanical instruments.
Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and control systems according to specifications and safety standards
- Calibrate and troubleshoot existing instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instrumentation as needed
- Identify and replace faulty parts or components
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve processes and solve technical issues
- Stay updated on new technology and advancements in the field of instrumentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Familiarity with a variety of instrumentation, including but not limited to pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instruments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of electrical systems and circuits is a plus
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Utena, Lithuania (accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates)
