Radio Technician


A reputable radio station in Utena is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of radio technology and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all audio and broadcasting equipment, ensuring smooth operations of our radio station.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on all audio and broadcasting equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality sound production for live shows and pre-recorded programs
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in the radio industry
- Adhere to safety regulations while working with electrical equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of radio technology, broadcasting equipment, and audio systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Education:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred. However, candidates with relevant certifications or vocational training will also be considered.
