Entry-Level Construction Manager

As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Utena. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. You will also assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, as well as monitor project progress and quality control.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in construction is not required, but a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in computer programs such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is desirable.
