Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Manager to join our team in Utena. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial construction projects valued at $5 million or more
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Familiarity with LEED certification process
- PMP certification

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Utena (relocation assistance available)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Visa/Work Permit: Free visa/work permit provided for non-EU citizens
Travel: Travel may be required for site visits. All travel expenses will be covered.
Language Requirement: English proficiency required. Knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus.
