Construction Project Manager
Location: Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Utena. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the construction project
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure that project deadlines are met
- Develop cost estimates and budgets for the project
- Procure necessary materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
