Crane Operator



The position of a Crane Operator requires a skilled and experienced individual who is able to operate various types of cranes efficiently and safely. The role will be based in Utena, but the successful candidate may be required to travel to different sites within the country.

Responsibilities:

- Operate crane equipment to lift, move, and position heavy loads in a construction or industrial setting
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment, ensuring it is in safe working condition at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the crane
- Communicate with ground crew and other personnel to ensure smooth and safe operation
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to crane operation
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation and report them immediately
- Work with riggers and signalers to determine load weights, placement, and movement

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid Crane Operator certification or license
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation
- Ability to read blueprints and understand load charts
- Physically fit with good coordination skills for operating the controls of the crane
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1100 per month. This is a contract job without accommodation provided.
