Office Assistant in Utena, Lithuania
We are currently hiring for the position of Office Assistant in Utena, Lithuania. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1600$. We are looking for an efficient and organized individual who can assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and redirect them to relevant departments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- File and maintain paper and electronic documents in an organized manner
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
