We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end bakery located in the beautiful city of Utena, Lithuania. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries, cakes, and desserts that will delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and innovative pastry recipes that align with the bakery's concept and standards
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, such as croissants, cakes, tarts, and cookies
- Decorate pastries using various techniques to ensure an attractive presentation
- Ensure all pastries are made with high-quality ingredients and adhere to food safety standards
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies to maintain stock levels
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the bakery's management team to create seasonal menus and specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative flair for developing unique pastry recipes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate others
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree from a culinary school or relevant field is preferred
- Certification in food safety or sanitation is an asset
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Lithuanian is considered an asset

Salary:
