Entry-Level Merchandiser


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Utena. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in an attractive and organized manner. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the merchandising industry and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Visit designated stores to set up displays and arrange products according to company guidelines
- Ensure products are fully stocked and faced properly at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective communication and execution of merchandising plans
- Conduct regular store audits to track product placement, pricing, and promotional activity
- Help plan and execute seasonal or promotional displays as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education in marketing, business, or related field preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with others
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Utena. However, occasional travel within the surrounding areas may be required.
