We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Utena. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, ensuring that our products are visually appealing to customers and maximizing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays in line with company guidelines and standards.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure replenishment of products on the shelves.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, pricing, and competition.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales through effective merchandising.
- Negotiate with store managers for optimal shelf space and promotional opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours as occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
