Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays that highlight products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising strategies
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and make recommendations based on findings
