Sales Manager - Utena, Lithuania

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with clients in the Utena region of Lithuania. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and market share by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will also work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our products and services.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of the local market and customer needs is also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings or industry events
