Entry-Level Sales Manager

Our growing company is seeking a motivated and driven Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our team in Utena. This is a part-time position that offers a starting salary of $1300 per month. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the sales industry, even without previous experience. As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our senior sales team with various tasks such as lead generation, client communication, and market research. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products and services and develop your sales techniques through on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You should also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in sales or customer service is not required but would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales team with lead generation by researching potential clients and reaching out via phone or email
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on potential leads
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth or new target markets
- Attend training sessions to learn about our products, sales techniques, and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
