Sales Manager
Our company, a leading retail company in Utena, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales targets
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Train and motivate the sales team to optimize their performance and reach their full potential
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports for management review
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to maximize profits
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month plus bonuses based on performance.
Location:
This is a full-time position located in Utena. However, we also welcome applicants from other cities in Lithuania.
