Part-Time Land Surveyor

As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land and construction sites. Your main duties will include using specialized equipment to collect data, creating maps and plans based on your findings, and providing recommendations to clients. This is a part-time position that requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and plans
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret data accurately
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
- Valid work permit or own visa for working in Lithuania

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land, buildings, and other structures
- Use specialized equipment to collect data on distances, angles, elevations, and contours
- Analyze data to determine boundaries, topographical features, grades, and other characteristics of the site
- Create detailed maps and plans using CAD software
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations based on survey findings
- Work closely with team members including engineers, architects, and construction workers
- Ensure accuracy of all measurements and calculations
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites
