Gardening Specialist

Our gardening company is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardening Specialist to join our team in Utena. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month and is open to all genders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in gardening and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening duties such as planting, watering, pruning, and weeding
- Maintain the health and appearance of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Use various tools and equipment properly and safely
- Assist with design and installation of landscape features
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Work independently or collaboratively with other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping
- Ability to identify different types of plants and their care requirements
- Proficient in using gardening tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of planting techniques, soil types, pest control methods, etc.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, etc.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Must be detail-oriented with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in horticulture or a related field
- Experience working on large-scale landscaping projects
- Knowledge of sustainable gardening practices
