Mason Part-Time

We are hiring a part-time Mason to join our team in Utena. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures using various materials such as brick, stone, and concrete. You should have strong knowledge of masonry techniques and be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Physical strength and stamina are also required for this role as it involves lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up materials
- Lay out patterns or foundations using measuring tools
- Mix mortar or grout according to specifications
- Cut and shape bricks, stones, or concrete blocks to fit specific areas
- Align structures using plumb lines and levels
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged brick or stone

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Physical strength for lifting heavy materials
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Working hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month based on experience and skills.

Location:
This position is located in Utena. Candidates must have their own transportation as there is no accommodation provided.
