We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will work with a talented team to create delicious and visually appealing products for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Mixing, shaping, and baking dough according to recipes and instructions
- Preparing fillings, toppings, and decorations for baked goods
- Operating and maintaining baking equipment
- Ensuring high quality standards are met for all products
- Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborating with other team members to develop new recipes and products
- Assisting with packaging and presentation of baked goods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- A passion for baking and creating delicious treats
- Knowledge of various types of doughs, fillings, and techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Lithuania
