Job Title: Handyman


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Utena. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a strong knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. The Handyman will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and repairs.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with facilities and equipment.
- Regularly inspect facilities to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations such as leaks or power outages.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and repairs.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if needed.
- Good communication skills.

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is 1200$ per month.
