Administrative Assistant in Utena, Lithuania
We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Utena. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients and suppliers
- Maintaining files and records accurately
- Assisting with data entry and updating databases
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assisting with payroll processing and expense tracking
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required for this entry-level position
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
