We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Utena. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist with furniture assembly and installation
- Keep inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred

Location:
This position is based in Utena. However, applicants from nearby cities will also be considered.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
