Office Manager

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our company in Utena, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in office management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Oversee office budget, including ordering supplies and tracking expenses
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Serve as a point of contact for external vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, making necessary purchases as needed
- Organize company events and team-building activities to promote a positive work culture
- Handle payroll processing, employee onboarding/offboarding, and other HR-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Utena (accommodation provided)
Contract job with possibility of extension
