Job Title: Body Repair Master


A well-established automotive repair shop in Utena is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in body repair, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and rust repairs
- Straighten frames and align vehicle structures
- Weld or bond replacement panels into place
- Inspect vehicles for additional damage and communicate findings to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Technician or similar role
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment for body repair work
- Strong understanding of vehicle structure, materials, and safety requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Biometric passport required (or willing to obtain one)
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Good communication skills (in English or Lithuanian)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for full-time employment. Additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and training opportunities may also be available.
