We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Wiltz. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems run smoothly. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Set up new user accounts and manage security permissions
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment and supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working with remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn
