Registered Nurse - Lom, Togo


We are in search of a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Lom, Togo. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in medical records
- Ensure safe and clean working environment for patients and staff
- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Lom or ability to obtain one prior to employment start date
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse (preferably in hospital setting)
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment

Compensation:
