Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. Your duties will include managing staff, monitoring finances, and ensuring all facilities are well-maintained.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Valid work permit for Qatar

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction ratings
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Train and manage staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Create employee schedules and monitor staff performance
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies

Salary: $1100 per month
