The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Malayalee, you will have a preference for this position, but we welcome applicants of all nationalities who meet the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs to meet budget targets
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
