Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel. They will develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. This role is based in Riyadh and is open to Indian nationals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to generate new business
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring the best rates and terms for the hotel
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities
- Create sales reports and analyze data to track progress and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of market trends, competition, and industry best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: 900$ per month
Note: This position is open only to Indian nationals currently residing in Riyadh. This is a part-time role without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates. Immediate start date preferred.
