Office Assistant (Indian Nationals)
We are a busy office in Dubai seeking a highly efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This is a contract position for Indian nationals with an English-speaking background. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage daily office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with an English-speaking background
- Biometric passport required for visa processing
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
