Waiter/Waitress - Al Buraymi, Oman



We are hiring a skilled Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide excellent customer service to our guests while taking orders and serving food and beverages. You should have previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and be able to work well under pressure. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, taking accurate orders, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining a clean dining area. A successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have knowledge of food safety regulations.

Salary: 1700$ per month

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes
- Take accurate food and drink orders from the customers
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them during their meals
- Anticipate guest needs and fulfill any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Handle complaints or concerns from customers with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area at all times
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluently in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
