Part-Time Excavator Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team on a part-time basis in Nairobi. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to complete various construction and excavation projects. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment
- Safely load, unload, and move materials using the excavator
- Complete excavation projects within specified timelines
- Communicate with other team members on the job site to ensure project efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Previous experience operating excavators in a construction or excavation setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and diagrams
- Strong understanding of excavation techniques and procedures
- Physically fit with the ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Experience working with GPS technology is considered an asset
