Architecture Manager vacancy in Remish Luxembourg

Architecture Manager
The Architecture Manager will oversee all aspects of architectural design and construction for our firm in the city of Remish. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of project plans, designs, and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and goals for each project
- Oversee the selection of contractors and vendors for construction materials and services
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and prepare cost estimates for new projects
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Remish. Applicants must be willing to work on-site at our firm's office.
