Indian Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office setting, exceptional communication skills in English, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, and accommodation will be provided along with a free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Maintain office supplies, order new supplies when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed by management
- File and maintain documents both electronically and physically
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
