Job Title: Administrative Assistant in Plovdiv
As an Administrative Assistant in Plovdiv, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team. Your main duties will include managing office supplies and equipment, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, and handling incoming calls and emails.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. You should also have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/department.
- Maintain records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration will be a plus.
