Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our restaurant in Manama. This individual should have prior experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, budget, and customer service
- Hire, train, and supervise employees to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and specials
- Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing budgets, scheduling employees, and handling inventory
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Must have valid work permit for Manama
Salary: 1500$ per month (depending on experience)
