Contract Restaurant Manager in Manama

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Manama. As a Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the best dining experience possible. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of budgeting and inventory management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and maintain food quality standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to maximize profits
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide coaching as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to managing staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
