Entry-Level Restaurant Manager

As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall operation of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff members
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
