Architecture Manager

The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within our company. This individual will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, as well as experience in project management and team leadership. They must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship in the beautiful city of Vianden. As an Architecture Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing a team of architects and designers in the planning and execution of architectural projects.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives.
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction.
- Communicating regularly with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
- Managing any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect or in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
