As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules and appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with office equipment is preferred. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month, without accommodation provided.
