As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service through various online platforms. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information and recommendations, and resolving any issues or complaints. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and be able to effectively engage with customers in a positive manner. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
