Construction Manager vacancy in Al Buraymi Oman

Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al Buraymi. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from conception to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Manage construction budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and communicate project progress
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Hire and manage subcontractors, as well as monitor their performance
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role (minimum of 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
