Contract Construction Manager
Location: Al Buraymi, Oman


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects in Al Buraymi, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience working on a variety of projects and managing teams effectively. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Al Buraymi is preferred
