Junior Information Technology Manager


As a Junior Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's technology systems. Your main duties will include managing and maintaining our computer systems, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to staff.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures such as firewalls and data encryption
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Provide technical support to staff for all technology-related matters
- Stay updated on new technology trends and implement necessary upgrades or changes to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions that meet business requirements
- Train staff on new technology systems or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience working with computer hardware, software, and networks
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ (negotiable based on experience)
