Administrative Assistant

We are currently hiring for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work full-time with occasional overtime as needed

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (housing provided)
Employment Type: Full-time, urgent job.
