Office Administrator - Al-Malikiyah, Syria
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, responding to emails and phone calls, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Coordinate meetings and events for staff members
- Keep track of office expenses and maintain accurate records
- Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service
- Help with marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts
- Support other team members with their tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (accommodation provided)
Contract job with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who is a native English speaker or fluent in English. Arabic language skills are preferred but not required.
