We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
