Housekeeping Supervisor
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of housekeepers in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel in Nairobi. This individual must have at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping and be able to lead and motivate a diverse team. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and evaluating staff, ensuring all rooms are cleaned to high standards, and ordering supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
