We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your duties will include developing project plans and specifications, managing project budgets and timelines, supervising junior architects and collaborating with engineers and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to think creatively to solve complex design challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and specifications based on client requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline
- Supervise junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following project plans
- Review and approve materials used in construction
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project
- Utilize innovative design techniques to create functional yet visually appealing buildings
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide a team towards successful completion of projects
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve complex design challenges
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is considered an asset)
